🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Client Retention & Growth: Managing existing client relationships to ensure retention and identifying new business opportunities both within and outside the current customer base.
- Agent Support & Development: Supporting and developing the performance and business of assigned RF&G agents, including providing underwriting support.
- Risk Management: Conducting risk surveys, providing risk information to underwriters, and ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines.
- Operational Excellence: Coordinating with internal departments (Underwriting, Claims, Accounts), ensuring timely premium collection, and maintaining KYC/AML compliance.
🔹 Skills & Qualifications
- Acceptable insurance experience.
- Insurance qualification or ability to display adequate knowledge of insurance principles and classes of business.
- Strong knowledge of all RF&G products.
- Influencing and negotiating skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to perform effectively with limited supervision.
✅ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
