๐Ÿ“Œ Receptionist (FULL TIME)

๐Ÿ“ Location: Belize City

๐Ÿ”น Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Communicate clearly and accurately in English & Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • Operate a multi-line phone system, answering calls cordially and appropriately, and routing
    them to the correct person or department.
  • Direct visitors, clients, and calls to the appropriate individual or department in line with company
    policies and make proper notes when the contact is unavailable.
  • Receive and manage incoming mail and assist with outgoing mail.
  • Provide administrative support, such as data entry and filing ups.

๐Ÿ”น Skillsย 

  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanour at all times.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Prior insurance experience is beneficial, but not required.

    โœ… MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Associates Degree with and a minimum of one (1)
    yearsโ€™ experience in customer service.
