Courier/Office Assistant - Belize City
We are looking for a dependable and detail oriented Courier/Office Assistant to support daily administrative and logistical operations at our Belize City Office. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both inter-nal office tasks and external errands.
Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver sensitive documents between offices, clients, and other organizations.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches and deliveries.
- Sort, file, and retrieve policy documents and client records in the registry system.
- Perform general office support duties (photocopying, filing, scanning, and mail distribution).
- Support the Business Retention team with the day-to-day activities and operations as needed.
- Hold over Receptionist duties when needed.
Knowledge & Skills
- Valid Driver’s license
- High level of discretion and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc) and ability to learn other software
- Experience in administrative or registry work is a plus
Qualifications
MINIMUM Requirement: High School diploma and at least 1 year experience in similar role is a plus.
